My Background and Qualifications My journey began with a solid foundation in animal care & behaviour, I hold a diploma in this area, which has been invaluable for understanding the unique personalities of each dog that walks through my doors I then progressed in my dog grooming training. Over the years, I’ve also gained extensive work experience in veterinary care which has sharpened my skills in identifying a wide range of health and behavioural needs in pets. I also ran a big pet store for a few years in a garden centre. I’m a proud M.I.A.C.E (Masters in Animal Care Education) graduate, an honor that underscores my dedication to maintaining high standards of animal care and safety. Additionally, I am trained in pet first aid, so I’m prepared for any situation that might arise during a grooming session. Beyond my formal education, I have attended numerous seminars and workshops to stay updated on the latest grooming techniques, animal wellness trends, and grooming tools.
